Create Budgets In order to create budgets in QBO your primary administrator must first give you the permissions to access, create, or delete them. The version of QuickBooks Online your team has will determine how you can add your budgeting information into the system. One of the best time-saving updates in QuickBooks Online Plus is the ability to generate budgets based on the data you’ve already entered. You also have the ability to import an already existing budget and make edits and set goals within QBO. Restore Company Data This is a feature I don’t think many people shop for, but are excited to find as a free offering in QBO. Odd situations happen all the time and living in an online world, losing your data can range in the top 5 fears of a company, especially one that’s growing. With QuickBooks Online you can restore, backup, and even copy all your data so you no longer have to worry about losing any of it. Once you’ve connected and enabled your company, you will be automatically set up for a full backup. Set to automatic or manual backup and see when the last data collection occurred and how many changes were recorded. This allows you to rollback any changes you’ve made by date and time or look up past restores. In any case it’s a great feature to have as a safety net.
